EZ-SALIVA Platform To Screen with The Antigen AtT-Point of Care & Confirm with RT-PCR in the Lab
My Proposal is to to Screen at the Point of Care using COVID_19 Antigen (Lateral Flow Colorimetric) Strip and Confirm the same sample at the lab using RT-PCR.
EZ-Saliva test kits are patented devices and can be used to test bodily fluids such as saliva at the collection site. The split-sample kits provide immediate diagnostics with a portion of the fluids reserved for laboratory confirmation in the event of a positive point of care test result, in compliance with government regulations.
Technology/Product/Key Deliverables: • A patented rapid point-of-care testing (immunodiagnostics) with simultaneous dual biometrics data capture system in a form of a portable/handheld, easy to use device/reader (SARS-COV-ID). • Multiple Channel Lateral Flow Assay, Saliva SARS-CoV-2 antigen/antibody (IgM, IgG, IgA) tests conducted simultaneously; • Provides results within 15-20 minutes; • Greater than 90% combined accuracy (sensitivity and specificity) against FDA and CDC standards; • Biometric test reader and software system.
